FREDRIK is one of my two New Yorker students that flew in from New York for private tutoring on Saturday & Sunday, August 11 & 12th 2018 to prepare them for the California real estate exam on Monday, August 13, 2018.

Fredrick is quite well-known, he is one of the stars from the New York version of the Bravo TV program called "The Million Dollar Listing" (He played the bad guy). (He is already licensed in New York & Florida.)

I am doing Salesperson & Broker  tutor Boot Camps on 

 

Because of the Corona Virus Pandemic the DRE canceled all exam dates for the months of March & April, 2020 after I had Boot Camp's scheduled for those respective months. If you go to the DRE's website and cannot find an examination day for the week following one of my Boot Camps keep trying every few hours! When someone cancels or changes their exam date, exam dates will become available for the week following one of my Boot Camps, however it will only be available for a few minutes until someone claims it. In other words "the early bird catches the worm". There are five testing sites in California. Examination dates at those sites is quite fluid.

I am hoping that I will be able to conduct the Boot Camp's that I have scheduled for the remainder of this year 2020.  The DRE could schedule an exam or exams & still cancel them. I have no control over that. Please stay in touch. I am here to serve you, however this is  ut of my control. Please stay healthy & take care of yourself.
