Fredrik is one of my two New Yorker students that flew in from New York for private tutoring on Saturday &amp;&nbsp;Sunday, August 11&nbsp;&amp; 12th,2018 to prepare them for the California real estate exam on Monday, August 13, 2018. I told her that if she saw the words \u201cdesk cost\u201d in a question she should look for the word \u201csalary\u201d in the answer.&nbsp;She thought I meant \u201cCelery\u201d the kind that you eat or put in your Bloody Mary. Without understanding many of the questions the Chinese lady passed her exam the very first time she took it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI recently took J Marshall\u2019s one day prep course for the salesperson real estate exam.&nbsp;It was money well spent, as I passed!&nbsp;The one-day course was helpful beyond my expectations.&nbsp;What I liked about the course was that&nbsp;we took no notes. It was like magic as J Marshall taught us ways to remember the information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI must admit that I was a bit apprehensive at first and felt that I was never going to pass the test.&nbsp;There was so much information to absorb and yet through his course I was able to remember what I needed.&nbsp;During the exam I could hear J. I was referred to J.
