I still enjoy doing my one day tutor Boot Camp sense 1988 (after more than 34 years)!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I try to do one tutor Boot Camp every month and sometimes more. I do not schedule them very far ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also purchase a state exam preparation study book from me that serves as a complement to my one day tutor Boot Camp. It by no means replaces the weekend tutor Boot Camp, It simply complements it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I discontinued doing private & semiprivate tutoring when the pandemic started and I have not decided when I will start doing it again.)<\/strong> To find out the prices for private or semiprivate salesperson\/broker state exam tutoring please send me an email jmarshallspeaks@gmail.com<\/a>. I generally offer private or semi-private tutoring Monday through Friday during the day in Marina del Rey, California. I recommend taking the weekend tutor Boot Camp and then taking private or semi-private tutoring as a supplement to the weekend tutor Boot Camp in between the Boot Camp and your state exam if necessary. We can play it by ear regarding the private or semi-private additional tutoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding the prerequisites for the salesperson exam or broker exam!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In California you may not schedule a salesperson exam until you have completed 3 prerequisite courses or a brokers exam until you have completed eight prerequisite courses and submitted them to the CalBRE (California Bureau of Real Estate) and receive back a letter of approval from them to schedule a state exam. I can help guide you with which forms to use and with the paperwork and proper way of filling forms out at the appropriate time if requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding prerequisite courses in order to qualify to set for the salesperson or broker exam in California, I can help you study the topics either privately or semi-privately or with what I call a Special Price Day when you purchase the prerequisites from a CalBRE approved school that I recommend. I personally recommend Special Price Day where I teach all 3 topics in one day, Practice, Appraisal & Principles. It only takes one day out of your busy schedule and it is extremely effective.
