Upcoming Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am pleased to let you know that we are conducting live in person, face-to-face instruction (not zoom) programs during & after the pandemic & doing it safely. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I am planning on doing the one day Boot Camp’s from 8:15 AM until 5:20 PM <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, <\/strong><\/em>April 19th 202<\/strong><\/em>6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, May ??, 202<\/em>6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am putting together groups for the months of May and June 2026. Please shoot me an email and I will put you on the Hot List. Once I have enough students on the hotlist, I will schedule dates for the May and June 2026 Boot Camps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one day Boot Camp will be conducted in L A County <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DRE currently is not scheduling exam dates very far ahead of time. <\/strong>I will schedule additional Boot Camp dates once the DRE post exam dates for those respective months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule a California state exam and then fill out the Enrollment Form on this website. You can find the enrollment form by clicking on “Enrollment Form” or “Menu” on the top of this webpage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure that you put your exam information on the Enrollment Form<\/strong>. The exact time you’re taking the exam. Location. Specify if it’s the broker or sales person exam. Your cell phone number. What do you have to study with between now, my one day Boot Camp, & your state exam? It is first come first serve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure you specify which Boot Camp date you want on the Enrollment Form.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I may do additional Boot Camp’s that are not listed here. (I am waiting for the DRE to post additional examination dates.)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you notice that the DRE has posted additional exam dates before I do; please let me know.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You learned how to walk and you learned how to talk without taking notes; do the same thing with your California salesperson or broker real estate state exam!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important Note!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one day Boot Camp is for someone that already has approval from the DRE (California Department of Real Estate) to schedule a sales person to broker state exam. In California before you will qualify to schedule a salesperson or broker state exam, you must first complete prerequisites. (3 prerequisites for the salesperson exam & 8 prerequisites for the broker exam.) If you do not have approval to schedule a state exam from the DRE or if you have not completed your prerequisites, I can help you with that with a Special Price day. If that’s the case, email me instead of filling out the Enrollment Form at jmarshallspeaks@gmail.com<\/a> Please specify clearly what stage you are at in the email along with any questions that you may have. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
