17. I did not take my principles, practice or third course required course in California, I took it out of state, is that okay?
If you took a full semester or the equivalent Real Estate Priciples, practice or a third qualifying course at an accredited college or university, it may be sufficient. If you took the course at a private school it may not be sufficient. Push the “Exam Information” button and address your question to the DRE (Ca. Department of Real Estate.) Or call the DRE at 1-877-373-4542. They must make the final determination!
