I generally offer private tutoring Monday through Friday during the day in Marina del Rey, California.
Prerequisite courses in order to qualify to set for the salesperson or broker exam in California.
In California you may not schedule a salesperson or broker exam until you have completed three prerequisite courses (for the salesperson exam please see “Meeting Salesperson License Requirements”) or eight prerequisite courses (for the brokers exam please see “Meeting Broker License Requirements”) and submitted them to the DRE (California Department of real estate) and receive back a letter of approval.
You can take the above-mentioned prerequisite courses online through various sources; however, if you would prefer live instruction for any of the above-mentioned prerequisite courses I can help you with that. If you’re interested please click on “e-mail” and send me your request. Live instruction is better than struggling to do an online course all by yourself.
Four your renewal (45 hour) courses required to renew your salesperson or brokers license every four years.
If you’re interested in doing a four-year renewal for your salesperson or broker exam you can take the required 45 hour program through a variety of schools online; or, if you would prefer live instruction I can help you with that. If you’re interested in live instruction regarding her four year renewal please send me “an e-mail” and communicate your request for information. Live instruction is better than struggling with an online course all by yourself.
