There is a $50 cancellation fee if I credit back any amount, for any reason to someone’s credit card. There is a $50 cancellation fee regarding any of my programs or tutoring or semi-private tutoring. If a person cancels for any reason they will lose $50. Pre-license and post-license disclosure.
(Regarding the symbol ^) I wish to make a disclosure regarding pre-license and post-license training. Have you ever heard the expression “I have some good news and I have some bad news”. Well, I have some good news and I have some good news. At the present time I am in the process of writing or rewriting the pre-license and post-license educational requirement programs that the DRE requires for licensees to acquire or maintain their real estate salesperson or broker’s license. At the present time I am using a third-party to provide pre-license and post-license educational programs required by the DRE for acquiring and maintaining the sales person and brokers license.The classes that I am referring to are real estate principles, real estate practice, real estate appraisal, escrow, property management, economics, finance, mortgage loan brokering, legal aspects, buying homes in foreclosure, the 1031 retirement plan, landlords, tenants and property management and other programs. This will not affect you. What does it mean exactly? It means that a third-party, educational organization (Private School) that is approved by the DRE (California Department of Real Estate) will sell you the above-mentioned course or courses, books, and eventually issue your transcripts or transcript for the above-mentioned courses. The third-party and their courses are approved by the DRE (California Department of Real Estate) to issue, monitor and provide the above mentioned course or courses. Therefore you will not notice any difference. There is more good news. I have a good long-standing relationship with the third-party that I am using for the above mentioned courses and therefore I have worked out a special price for all of you (my students). When you purchase the programs through me from the third-party private school you will be purchasing the programs at a lower price than you could purchase them, if you were to purchase them directly from the third-party yourself. In other words you are paying less for the continuing and/or pre-license programs then others that purchase the programs from the third-party directly. Therefore, that is my disclosure regarding good news and good news.
