20. How many different Real Estate Salesperson and Broker state exams are there?
The DRE currently has over 3000 questions in their collection. They are constantly writing new questions. Therefore if you were to add up all of the tests that the DRE has ever written you would come up with dozens. Regarding the salesperson's exam the DRE is currently rotating several different tests. Some of them they rotate more than others throughout the state of California. Respecting the brokers test, it is not a test, it is in fact a set of tests. You take one test in the morning and you take a second test in the afternoon. The DRE is currently rotating several different sets of brokers tests throughout California. Some of which they rotate more often than others.
