26. How often, and where is the salesperson and broker test offered in California?

Both the broker and salesperson state exam are offered in Fresno, San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Diego. This changes from time to time based upon the needs of the industry. In L.A. the salesperson's test is normally offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays both a.m. and p.m. In other locations the salesperson's state test is normally administered during the week. The brokers test is offered in L.A. most Wednesdays and certain Mondays. The brokers test is an all-day test. In other locations the brokers test is normally offered on Wednesdays.
